Keyari Frazier-Council is an African-American photographer and graphic designer born in Greensboro, North Carolina. The title of this exhibit is Rubik's Nature.
For a long period of time, Frazier-Council was unaware of what path his future would take and did not know where these free-time designs would get him, so his love for the subject went on a hiatus. Only when Frazier-Council began taking art classes during his sophomore year at Winston-Salem State University did he once again find his love for graphic design. After taking a photography class, he finally decided to incorporate this new skill with his photo editing to decide on his new passion. He often works with close friends and natural environments such as open grass fields and abandoned buildings.
For this presentation, Frazier-Council will present his take on the unison of society and nature. His inspiration for graphic design comes from a designer that goes by the name of BossLogic. BossLogic seamlessly combines nature and special effects to create hyper-realistic images, a style that stands as the inspiration for Rubik’s Nature. Rubik’s Nature allows Frazier-Council to re-imagine the 4 elements in his own unique way.
